The Head of Non-Governmental Organization «All-Ukrainian Movement Against Fascism «PATRIOTS — FOR LIFE»
Born June 2, 1977 in Poltava.
In 2003 he graduated from the Poltava Oil Geological Prospecting College. Specialty «Maintenance and repair of oil and gas fields», qualification «technician-mechanic».
Later he also graduated from the Poltava V.G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University
In 2009 he graduated from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University with a degree in jurisprudence.
In 2017 he graduated from the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with a degree in law, receiving a master’s degree.
From 2005 to 2008, he worked as a director and chief accountant of Ukrsvyazmontazh LLC.
From 2008 to 2010 he worked at the Donetsk Railway: first as a process engineer, later as head of the Novozolotaryovka washing and steaming station.
2011 worked as Deputy Head of the Department for Consumer Rights Protection in the Poltava region.
In 2014, he became a police major, headed a battalion of the special patrol police service «Poltava».
On December 10, 2014, he was appointed deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Donetsk region.
On June 30, 2015 he became the deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kherson region. Received the rank of police lieutenant colonel.
He headed the Poltava center of the Right Sector and the regional leader of this movement in eastern Ukraine.
From 2015 to 2016, he worked as the head of the Department of Combating Drug Crimes of the National Police of Ukraine.
From 2016 to 2017 he worked as an adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
On October 6, 2017, he was elected head of trade unions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
From July 2017 to June 2019 — he headed the Socialist Party of Ukraine. SPU candidate for the presidential elections in 2019. Later, in accordance with the unanimous decision of the SPU congress, he was delegated to the ranks of the OPPOSITION PLATFORM — FOR LIFE to represent socialist interests in parliament.
